Dual-rails Unloader
Functions:
It’s used at the end of dual rails of SMT/DIP/Testing production line. The PCBs are collected from upstream machine onto a shuttle conveyor and pushed into designated magazine. Shuttle conveyor moves sideways between upstream machine and magazines.
Features:
1. Full Steel structure, welded with metal plate and high temperature spray coated for the outer surface.
2Mitsubishi PLC control system, touch screen interface operation, convenient on man-machine interaction.
6.Lifting by motor, transmission by precision ball screw, effective step distance can be set by 10,20,30,40mm。
7.Board receiving drive by motor, stable, speed adjustable.
8.The dual rail can deliver 2 sizes of PCB Parallel.
9.Material containers are fixed by four-position cylinder, moving stable.
10.Photoelectric protection, sound and light alarm in case of abnormality.
11.With Standard SMEMA to communicate with other machines to achieve inline operation.
12.CE certified.
