If the placement machine is shut down for a long time, the circuit temperature is low, and there may be air liquefaction in the circuit, so it needs to be powered on for a few minutes first, and when the circuit is unloaded, use its own temperature to return the circuit to the normal working state.
The preheating of the placement machine is divided into two parts, power-on preheating and warm-up, power-on preheating acts on the circuit, and it takes a few minutes. The warm-up acts on the mechanical part, so that the lubrication system of the mechanical parts works normally and the temperature is normal (in fact, the expansion coefficient and friction coefficient of the mechanical parts will reach a good state in this process). At this time, it runs at a low speed and takes a long time, usually tens of minutes.
The method of preheating the placement machine before mounting:
1. Select "Maintenance" from the menu bar of the main screen, and then select "Preheat" to set the preheat conditions here.
2. Press the "START" button to enter the preheating state.
3. Press the "STOP" switch, or select the "Abort" button in the screen to display a dialog box for confirming the end. Select "Yes" to end the preheating and return to the initial screen.
