1. SMT placement machine calibration steps before placement
Before the SMT placement machine officially works, it is necessary to calibrate each component to ensure the accuracy of the SMT placement machine. Before the calibration of the SMT placement machine, it is necessary to do the relevant preparations (such as preparing the calibration tools, disassembling the relevant parts, etc.), and the calibration can be carried out after the preparations are completed.
1. The calibration of the rotary head and the camera is automatically completed according to the following steps: calibration of the vision system of the PCB board; calibration of the rotation axis:
a, calibration component vision system,
b, offset position 1,
c, offset position 2 (these three steps are actually synchronously),
d, machine zero position correction,
e, correct other accessories on the machine:
① correct the nozzle changer
② correct the conveying track
③ correct the start and end position of the feeding table Generally speaking, machine correction includes these four steps, (When we do the correction, the order is done from top to bottom and left to right.
2. The work that needs to be done manually: correcting the height of the suction nozzle; correcting the coordinate position of the PCB transmission; correcting the position of the feeding table; correcting the module (option).
3. The work before starting the calibration: correct the zero position of the Star axis. Of course, the purpose of calibrating the machine is to better allow the machine to mount and reduce the deviation of components. For the correction, there are whole and partial points, which can be corrected for a certain part alone to correct the deviation of the position.
Before the SMT placement machine is installed, all parts of the placement machine system are calibrated, and the placement machine can enter the formal placement process. In addition, in addition to the relevant calibration work, it is also necessary to observe the failure of the SMT placement machine, find out the cause of the failure and solve it in time.
Second, the correction steps in the SMT placement machine
In the process of running the SMT placement machine, there is often a deviation in the placement. At this time, we need to correct it, and we can correct the components.
1. Open the database of a single component on the machine, and then click "Tools → Enhanced Component Settings". The ECS interface will appear. The black box on the right is the image captured by the machine part identification camera.
2. Set the feeder station number, throwing belt station number, head number, nozzle number, component angle and other information where the part is located.
3. Click Pick, the SMT placement machine will return to zero, pick the part in the specified feeder with the specified nozzle; then click Inspect, the nozzle will take the part to the camera to take a picture, it will be displayed on the right side of the ECS interface Take an image.
4. If the component can pass the calibration, "component passed" and the corrected X, Y and Q data will be displayed on the top of the black box; if the component can't pass the calibration, adjust the size, angle, suction position, lighting, the foot of the component / Ball spacing, position, size, etc., can be corrected.
5. Click the [Check] button repeatedly to check whether the X, Y, and Q data of the correction components are stable.
6. Save the correct database GNone of the SMT placement machine
