Features:1. Full steel structure, welded with metal plate and high temperature spray coated for the outer surface.
2. Control system adopt a with Panasonic PLC, operated by touch screen interface, convenient on man-machine interaction.
3.Cast aluminum lifting platform, using medium to large motors for lifting, with adjustable step sizes of 10mm, 20mm, 30mm, and 40mm
4.Leadshine motor to adjust width, precision ball screw, PCB can pass by smoothly.
5.Loading drive by Leadshine motor and line rail.
6.Adopts vacuum suction, can stack 100-150pcs PCBs each time (depended on the thickness of the PCB).
7.The suction function can be measured and input according to the size of the PCB, and the width can be adjusted with one click on the touch screen.
8.The suction part moving up and down by the lifting and lowering of Leadshine closed-loop motor, stable lifting, precise positioning, and speed adjustable.
9.Built-in fault retrieval function and safety detection system, sound and light alarm in case of abnormalities.
10. Adopt a background simulation photoelectric sensor, suitable for various color PCBs with sensitive induction.
11. Configure with Standard SMEMA to communicate with other machines to achieve inline operation.
