1. Loading machine

7. NG buffer conveyor
The function of NG buffer transmission is similar to that of the multi-function buffer machine. It is also used for the PCB buffer of NG after AOI/SPI and other testing equipment. According to the NG/OK signal given by AOI/SPI and other testing equipment, the NG PCB lifts the buffer, OK The PCB is transported to the next process.
8. Temporary storage machine
The temporary storage machine is also called the board storage machine. It is used for temporary storage and buffering before and after the equipment with different working speeds of the SMT production line to prevent damage to the stacking board.
Nine, flipping machine
The flipping machine is used for the automatic flipping of the double-sided process of the SMT production line, and the reverse operation is realized by turning the PCB 180°, which effectively saves manpower.
10. NG/OK unwinding machine
After the NG/OK board collection machine is used in the AOI detection equipment, according to the NG/OK signal given by the AOI detection equipment, the NG and OK boards are stored separately, and the board is collected intelligently, saving manpower.
11. Parallel transfer machine
Parallel transfer machine, also known as translation machine, transfer machine, is used for the connection of single-track equipment and double-track equipment in SMT production line, and realizes the functions of two-in-one, three-in-one, and one-in-two. It is mainly used for the connection between the single-track placement machine and the double-track reflow soldering. Through the parallel transfer machine, the two SMT production lines share one reflow soldering, which effectively saves manpower, material resources and electricity costs.
12. Connecting station
The docking station is used for connection between SMT production lines, and can also be used for PCB buffering, auxiliary inspection, testing or manual insertion of electronic components.
