Three-sections Wave Soldering conveyor
Functions：
Used for the PCB transport connections between the wave solder and guide rails
Features:
1. The bracket is made of steel structure to ensure stability, and a specially designed wear-resistant aluminum profile guide rail is installed. The rail transports by using patented chains.
2. Mitsubishi PLC control system.
3. Taiwan brand variable speed motor drive.
4. Patented chain transmission, anti-skid, high temperature resistance, and more stable wear resistance
5. Two independent controls.
6. Install 12 sets of fans on the slope , which can quickly cool down.
7. Equipped with standard SMEMA signal lines, it can run online automation with other equipment.
