NG Rechecker

It’s used for PCBA or PCB category, equipped after testing process (such as ICT/FCT/AOI/SPI etc), by pass mode while the board been judged as OK part, storage them while judged as NG part. Operator can recheck the NG board by take out the board which control by the touch screen.

NG buffer

Equipped at end of SMT and DIP line or cache with other inspection equipment out of NG & OK board, OK board will flow to the next process, and the NG board will flow to the upper conveyor to wait for manual check.

DIP Conveyor

Equipped behind wave soldering, used to transferring boards and pallets from the wave soldering and adjust the angle difference with next station. Configure with powerful fan to cooling PCBA’s after welding process. This unit is normally used on automatic DIP line with AOI.FCT or other
