Dual-rails Loader
Functions:
Equipped at the start terminal of SMT/DIP line, sensors are provided to prevent platform movement until the board has been fully inserted into the magazine automatically, dual controlling system, independent control system, reducing labor, double increase the productivity efficiency.
Features:
1.Fully steel structure, welded with metal plate and high temperature spray coated for the outer surface.
2. Mitsubishi PLC control system, touch screen interface.
3. Transmission by precision ball screw, effective step distance can be set by 10,20,30,40mm。
4. Lifting by motor and speed adjustable.
5. Working independently by dual rail, the max width of rail are 686mm.
6. The dual rail can deliver 2 sizes of PCB Parallel.
7. Material containers are fixed by four-position cylinder, moving stable.
8. Photoelectric protection, sound and light alarm in case of abnormality.
9. With Standard SMEMA to communicate with other machines to achieve inline operation.
10. CE certified.
