PCB Shuttle Conveyor
Function:
The PCB shuttle conveyor can be used for transporting boards from one line into two lines or vice versa of SMT and DIP. he PCB board transport from one-track machine to dual-track placement machine for subsequent production. Separate production line as 2-in-1 or 3-in-1, save labor cost and space, optimize equipment capability, improve production efficiency.
Features:
1. Full steel structure, welded with metal plate and high temperature spray coated for the outer surface.
2. Special aluminum alloy track, built-in hardened chrome rod, operation smooth, no noise.
3. Sever motor to ensure the accuracy, stability and longer lifetime.
4. Base is made of pure aluminum alloy, operation stable.
5.The PCB feeding part is connected by precision ball screw, transmitted by stepper motor, speed is adjustable.
6. Photoelectric protection, sound and light alarm in case of abnormality.
7. With Standard SMEMA to communicate with other machines to achieve inline operation.
8. CE certified.
