UV Inspection Conveyor
Function:
This is used at end of conformal coating line, it’s designed to frequent visual inspection of PCB’s is required.
Features:
1. Full Steel structure, welded with metal plate and high temperature spray coated for the outer surface.
2. Special reinforced aluminum profiles with max 5kg load-bearing capacity.
3. Conveyor width adjustment using hand crank.
4. SZWIT independently develops an integrated control board with stable performance.
5. Configure with dust cover and UV light.
6. Adopt a background simulation photoelectric sensor, suitable for various color PCBs with sensitive induction.
7. Configure with Standard SMEMA to communicate with other machines to achieve inline operation
8. CE certified.
