PCB Turning Corner Machine Conveyor
Function:
The PCB turning machine are using on SMT and DIP or assembly production line, it ‘s enables to turn the direction of PCB board in 90 or 180 degree, which can change the horizontal transmission of each PCB to be suitable for L shape or T shape production line. It is important for making a right and smooth PCB board transportation on assembly line.
By using the PCB turning machine, saving the space and labor with high flexibilities and low cost.
Features:
1. The exterior structure is made of full sheet metal welding, surface treatment by spray coating for the sealing plate;
2. PLC control system +Touch-screen panel which is stable and reliable, easy to operate.
3．Conveyor width adjustment using hand crank. Turning 90° clockwise or counter-clockwise, Turning 180° to change fixed rail position, various configurations possible.
4. 2 working methods: pass-through and turning, screen mode switch.
5．Trouble-locating and security detection system, visual sound-light alarm;
6. Equipped with standard SMEMA signal lines, which can be connected to other equipment for online automatic operation.
7．Customization according to PCB size or special requirement.
