Features:1. Full steel structure, welded with metal plate and high temperature spray coated for the outer surface. .
2. Control system adopt a Mitsubishi or Panasonic PLC, operated by touch screen interface.
3. Adjust width by precision ball screw, PCB can pass by smoothly.
4. Automatic width adjustment and input board size, complete with one click through the interface input.
5. The lifting and width adjustment adopts a leadshine servo motor which is precise and stable.
6. The board storage structure adopts a dedicated track design, precise structure, and Z-shaped stainless-steel stopper. The design is reasonable and does not jam the board. By utilizing the weight of the stopper itself, it can fall and return flexibly.
7. Adopt a background simulation photoelectric sensor, suitable for various color PCBs with sensitive induction.
8. Configure with Standard SMEMA to communicate with other machines to achieve inline operation
