Function:
This machine as SMT material stripe cutting equipment is used for material stripe recycling in mounting machine; SMT material stripe cutting machine completely replaces the manual cutting belt, and realizes the function of cutting the stripe and film; The useless materials belt is cut in the SMT cutting machine, and the cut strip and film will be dropped in the recycling drawer, which is convenient to handle concentratively.
Features:
♦ This stripe machine is suitable for all kinds of SMT material stripe. It can be easily cut from 0.05mm film to 1.5mm thick material.
♦ Microcomputer intelligent control, cutting time and length can be set; one button start/stop, easy to operate.
♦The useless materials recycling device is equipped with a safety sensor. When the material box is removed, the equipment automatically stops working, preventing the employee from reaching the working area of the equipment tool from the bottom of the equipment to ensure safety; at the same time, ensuring that all the cut materials are dropped into the recycling box.
♦The limit position cut switch is installed at both ends of the cutting stroke of the equipment, and the whole machine is powered off after the trip; to prevent the short-circuited when the cutter from coming out of the limit motor after the photoelectric switch fails, while the motor is always working.
