Conveyor

Necessary and small equipment in SMT production, used for connecting the main equipment, Convert and transmit signals between different devices to cooperate the communications. Also as a buffer, inspector, testing for PCB.

Dual-rails Loader

Equipped at the start terminal of SMT/DIP line, sensors are provided to prevent platform movement until the board has been fully inserted into the magazine automatically, dual controlling system, independent control system, reducing labor, double increase the productivity efficiency.

Cooling Conveyor

This conveyor are equipped after reflow oven which configures with alarm and cooling devices. Also can be used for PCBA buffering, inspection, testing or manual insert electronic components. Can communicate with others equipment.

Vacum Loader

Equipped at the start terminal of SMT line to achieve sucking or delivering board automatically. The stacked bare boards are automatically fed into the back-end equipment by vacuum adsorption, reducing labor cost, increasing production efficiency.

PCB Stacker

Equipped at start of SMT production line, used to deliver the stacked bare board to next station automatically, increasing production efficiency.

Automatic Solder Paste Mixer

The solder paste mixer is a fully automatic way of mixing solder paste. The equipment’s internal motor rotates and turns, which is the mixing concept. The solder paste mixer has several advantages over manual mixing, including the ability to arbitrarily regulate the direction and duration of stirring as well as the unchanging mixing speed.
